Windows Server 2012 - Make Your Job Easier

We recently started upgrading some servers to Windows Server 2012. Although I do generally like it, I found many simple tasks such as open a Run window to become extremely cumbersome. So I decided to make a quick How-To to show how to add shortcuts to many of the tools most systems administrators use a day to day basis and hopefully make your job a little bit easier!
