Throughout the day the internet access has become slowly less reliable to a point where no users can access any websites. Remote workers also cannot access remote web workplace or emails via http, cannot even access rww remotely via IP address although we can connect to the server remotely via VPN and Remote desktop using the IP address.
Server resolves RWW domain name fine internally and I can ping a variety of external domains although NSLookup fails.
Have reset the router/firewall but no change.
DNS test on the server works fine and there are no errors in the event log, could this be a routing problem at the ISP?
