Windows 2008 Clustering on ESXi's

All, this is my current setup:

ESXi1
- Win08copy1

ESXi2
- Win08copy2

Synology NAS

So, I have a single NAS unit, with two physical ESXi boxes, running a copy of Win08 on each, both on domain with AD installed, patched, and both have a C: and D: drive. The VM's are being stored on the NAS

What I am trying to do, is cluster them both so I can cluster SQL and have a play at how it works.

At the moment I have really no idea what I am doing. I have read a few articles and chasing my tail at the moment, can someone help?
