Error:Soap error: Unspecified HTTP error...every 4 seconds. Any ideas?

I'm gettitng the above error every 4 seconds on my Terminal Services server (MS Server 2008 R2).

It doesn't seem to be doing anything other than writing the error to the log. However it has filled the log and does so every day making it (the log) pretty much useless. Here's the error in all its glory:

Unspecified HTTP error.

I can't see anyything online that pertains to this error. Some of the blogs indicate that it is an error with MS Project, but we're not running that.

Suggestions?
