I inherited a server problem with one of my clients. Some previous I.T. provider thought it proper to create the C: partition on a RAID 5 volume with only 12GB of space. Needless to say the Windows 2003 R2 x64 OS takes 9GB of that and leaves very little for apps and etc. It is now tanking on a weekly basis by running out of available space. Due to the original disks being lost or stolen, they are not available to be used to remedy the situation. I have removed all other data from the entire RAID volume in attempt to re-size the partition, but apparently it can't be done with any tools that I've found. The only think left is to delete the partition and start over. After contacting Dell and Microsoft, I've found that since Server 2003 is past end of life, neither company can help me and they suggested Ebay.
So I'm looking for anybody out there that might have the original disk sets for a Dell Power Edge 2900 for Server 2003 R2 x64 that could make me a copy. We have the product keys but must find copies of original disks. This client does not have the money to upgrade/replace the OS. Thanks in advance:-)
