Just got an HP Proliant DL 360 G7. Have not booted it yet, but from the manual I see that it does hardware RAID. If you setup the RAID in the hardware and then install Windows 2008 R2, does Windows see that it is already a RAID array? When you setup the partition and volumes, does Windows see it as dynamic or as basic? I am trying to figure out what to expect during the install.
