Originally I had AD and RDP services and the application users needed on one server.
I have moved RDP to each of the 3 servers and no longer have users logging in from first server. RDP services is still running on AD, but no one is using it. Waiting to clone AD and promote the new AD server before taking old on offline.
Our application is hanging occasionally. There are 20 instances of this billing application in folders named for each medical practice. When looking for the errors in the event logs, I find the log with no errors. However the AD server has the error in it's log.
Would this be because the program used to reside on that server? Example of error details below.
The program pbyte.exe version 0.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
