Lync 2013 Address Book issues after changing user SIP

Hi,

I am getting ready to transfer users to a new SIP domain and having some issues with the address book updates. I changed SIP domains for 5 users as a test and changed their primary email addresses to the same domain so that the email and SIP addresses match.

Now it looks like their names are still attached to their old SIPs in the address book and they point to nowhere since the SIPs have changed. When I search for them by name, Lync still shows their old user accounts with "Presence Unknown". The only way to contact these users via Lync is to type in their full SIP address (firstname.lastname@newsipdomain.com).

Additionally, some users got the new SIP people updated in their list automatically, except when they look at their user info they see two email addresses: one old, one new.

Things tried so far:

- Deleting ABFiles folder on Lync share and repopulating it with Update-CsUserDatabase and Update-CsAddressBook

- Deleting Lync client cache and resynching the address book

Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to resolve this.
