Windows Server 2012 Data Center Guest VM's - Standard or Data Center?

Hi,

We are licensed for Win2k12 Data Center and for new guest vm's, is there any difference from installing data center vs. standard? I am thinking data center on all the vm's just to keep licensing clean if there are no other impacts.
