Hyper-V getting rid of a teamed nic

I have an install of hyper-v standalone which I tried nic teaming on and the teams didn't work so I am trying to get rid of the teams.  Is there someway to get rid of the NIC teams in powershell because that is where I put them in.  I have also tried the server manager to get rid of them but it cannot get rid of them.  I have been looking for answers for about 2 weeks with no real success.  Any help would be great.
