Our file server is Windows 2008 R2. When you open a document on the server that is already open by another user Windows notifies you the file is in use and is read only. When this same process for an Adobe file like a Photoshop document you are not prompted the file is in use and it is not read only. Has anyone encountered this? I tried looking online but come up empty.
