We have a disk quota that filled up on one of our Windows Server 2012 R2 boxes. The server itself runs in a clustered environment with Hyper-V. The disk that filled up is on a completely separate SAN volume from the other disks/drives on the server. What was odd then, was that this quota was preventing access to the other drives. Only when we restored some space on the quota drive did access to all the other drives get restored.
Has anyone ran into this issue themselves? Does anyone know why all the other drives were blocked when they are on a different SAN volume from the volume with the disk quota?
Thanks.
