Server 2012 - Is it ready to be my Active Directory PDC?

I just upgraded my WSUS server to Microsoft Server 2012 Standard. I experienced three issues thus far yet have overcome them. Three obstacles by day two makes me skeptical about whether Server 2012 is ready to be one of, or the heart of my Active Directory domain controllers. I otherwise find Server 2012 to be responsive, am somewhat optimistic about the Server Manager presenting issues more intelligibly than Server 2008, and find the error messages/logs to be surprisingly ... useful. Who has upgraded their domain controllers to Server 2012 and if so... do you regret it?

p.s. These were my errors and solutions

1st: Installation failed with the error "A media driver your computer needs is missing." - but resolved it by re-downloading the ISO (if your ISO is 3,607,534 KB / 3,694,114,816 bytes then it is probably complete - otherwise re-download it using Internet Explorer).

2nd: WSUS Post Deployment Configuration failed - but resolved it by paying attention to my logfile and manually specifying the UpdateServices-Services.xml ContentDirectory property. More details (http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/e1003863-e331-46da-8803-e8625bb6324b/server-2012-wsus-postdeployment-configuration-fails-comprehending-the-log-file#e1003863-e331-46da-8803-e8625bb6324b)

3rd: There was no option to specify my license key to activate Windows, but resolved that by following a Microsoft KB article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2750773/en-us) and directly accessing the prompt to add the license key by running "Slui.exe 0x3" from the new home screen.
