Hi,
I have a Dell R320 Server, previously running Windows 2008 R2 Standard with Hyper-V Role installed (with Windows 2008 R2 Standard VMs as well). I upgraded the physical server OS to Windows 2012 R2.
I noticed that when copying files from Windows 7 PCs in a WorkGroup network going to Windows 2012 Physical server and its VMs are very slow (transfer rate goes up and down from 2MB/s to 11MB/s and even drops to KB/s) in a Gigabit Network. However, copying from Windows 2012 and VMs going to Windows 7 computer is fast at 90+MB/s.
I dont encounter this issue when the physical server was still running Windows 2008.
