Error 20252 with VPN. Timeout. Where do I set threshold?

Gents,
My user has frequent problems connecting to VPN. In the error logs under the SYSTEM thread I found 2 errors 20252. it describes a timeout during VPN authentification.
Where can I raise the time for authentification?
We run a SBS 2011 Standard
