How to create a custome WIM with other aplications already installed ?

Hello,

I have about 30 HP Z800 workstations,

and I want to create an image of one complete system with all aplications already installed (just like a ghost image) in order to enable me to do a quick format or restore via WDS.

all workstations has the same exact hardaware, and has win7 pro x64 installed .

the only changes i need betweed installations are the static ip adress, user name and computer name.

is it posstible to create an image and than reinstall it on a different computer but with the exact same hardware ?

and if so , how can i modifly the ip adress, user name and computer name dinamically.

any ideas how can I achive this ?
