Hi Guys
I'm going to migrate my client (20 users) from Exchange 2010 SP3 (rollup6) to O365 E3 plan. The cutover method looks like the best method (looking to decommission my Exchange server so won't need hybrid).
One issue I've got is the client has 65GB of emails and only 100GB of internet cap/month (they use 50GB on average). I know I can archive some, but we still need to move the archives across too.
My aim is to do the migration so we can schedule it after hours (so it won't impact the end users during office hours) and also middle/end end of the month so we can manage their cap (they get charged for uploads).
With the cutover method, is it actually possible to control and schedule when the mailbox copy occurs and pause it etc? If not are there any other options to consider that would work for this scenario?
Kind Regards
Aaron
