Hi,
Can someone explain how cached accounts work? A user was terminated today and I was asked to change their password on the domain (SBS 2008), which I did on the DC. The user turned in their laptop, and my boss said he was able to logon with the old password, pull up email, pull up shares, etc., even though I had changed the password on the account. I asked him if Outlook had connected to Exchange and he said he thought so, and that new email had come in. The laptop was a member of the domain, and my boss had logged in with the user's domain account, which is what the user had been doing. Shouldn't the user account have been locked out from email and pulling up shares when I changed the password?
Thanks
