I have a client, who is unable to login to his SBS 2003 server, the administrator account says the password, that I had recently used to get on the other day, no longer works says its incorrect, however I was on it last night fixing an emergency. I didn't think to check this last night, since there was no need, to see if there was a secondary username setup just in case something happened, well I come to find that the only admin, is the administrator account.
So I am remoted in on another machine and installed the admin pack, since i was just going to reset the password, and see if the account was locked out, but since there are no other admins on the network, that won't work.
Is there anyway I can get passed that or add another administrator user through a remote bomgar session. I could do this easily with a live cd if i was onsite, but...
