I have an issue I've been scratching my head over for days.
Within the last month, users have been experiencing a crash at logon during their Citrix Session. The error they get is the following:
SAS Window: winlogon.exe Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0xc000000fd) occurred in the application at location 0x7c837b4c. Click OK to terminate or Cancel to debug.
After clicking either OK or CANCEL, the session disconnects.
However, the odd part is that if you attempt to connect again, it logs on perfectly fine. No errors. It seems every other logon throws that error. However, reconnecting is possible and works great until the next logon attempt.
I'm not sure if it's a Citrix issue - it does happen if I switch out CTXGINA for MSGINA - and does not appear to happen locally. So I'm stumped as to what might be the cause. The...
