Change IP address on DC/DHCP/DNS server

Hi all

we are planning to migrate our domain controller from SBS2008 to WIN 2012 R2 (we are moving to Office 365 so we will not need an exchange server on premise)

I've seen the steps to migrate the Domain Controller (add the new one, transfer FSMO roles, etc) but I still have a question about IP address

Currently our SBS2008 (Domain controller, DHCP server, DNS server) has 192.168.20.1

New WIN 2012 R2 will have (for example) 192.168.20.100

After the complete migration, when I will demote and shutdown SBS2008 is it possible to change the IP address of the new server ? (it will be a domain controller, dhcp and dns server)

Which are the correct steps ?

Thank you
