Just wondering if anyone has run into a similar issue and has come up with a solution.
So the issue is I have a folder on windows 2012 shared out to a few groups on the domain. A few of the child folders are showing users added with no permissions at all. The problem is that only groups should be added to these folders and not individual AD Users. Inheritance is enabled and the parent folder does not show these randomly added users. I have force permissions to extend down through child objects and still the users exist. My Current fix would be to go through each child and disable inheritance so I can remove the users and then re-enable inheritance once I'm done but the scale of the folder tree is pretty intense.
Has anyone seen this issue and found a resolution to the problem?
