Looking for enlightenment - DCOM

Hello all,

Recently I examined a customer's server's Even Viewer log and noticed it contains a lot of DCOM errors. The system in question is part of a point-of-sale system accessing a central database on a Windows Server 2011 Small Business Server. Theworkstations with which the server is showing DCOM errors are still able to access the database and their functionality does not seem to be affected, so I'm wondering what the significance of these errors actually is. Can someone explain what these errors mean and why/if I should be concerned? Specifically, the errors are 10016 - Application specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM server application with CLSID..., and 10009 - DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer...using any of the configured protocols. Also here is a new TermDD error...
