installing server 2008 r2 on dell poweredge 210 II

I have been tasked with installing Windows server 2008 R2 on Dell PowerEdge 210 II server. The machine was preset with Raid 5 config. I am using Unified Systems and choose Deploy OS. I selected my OS and continue on until the reboot. I select load from CD (using Windows server 2008 R2 disk), but then it states I am missing drivers.

I downloaded the OS on a flash drive and tried that method as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
