our server running on server 2003 at head office with static ip address and everybody access our account program from the remote branches through REMOTE DESKTOP and printing bills through their local printer. no problem
now we added new server 2008 at head office and also installed account program for some special remote users.that special remote users access program two steps:
1st= open RDC on local computer and enter static ip of server 2003 .
2nd= then open RDC from 2003 server and type ip address of the new server 2008.
program running without any problems. but local printer cant add to server 2008.special user cant print bills
