Server-2008 R2 startup issue

Hello fellow Spice-heads,

Last night power went out for 3 hours due to a bad storm, my home server (Server-2008 R2) which I have Hyper-V setup (Raid 1) went down, and never came backup. I do have a APC device which is "supposed" to gracefully shutdown the server.

Now I cannot get the OS to start up, the Repair option tries to run, but fails. After looking at the reason why Startup Repair failed, it states it does not see the hard drive with the OS.

I have a RAID with the OS on it. The RAID is functional (No Errors/Not broken!) In the preboot stage,it populates correctly.

I tried hitting F8, and goingthroughthe various options, no good.

Not sure what else to try except popping in the Server 2008 R2 disk andtryingsome type ofrepair action.

Any suggestions? This VM setup has my Exchange email server on it. :(

Thanks
