hidden files using space..on drive

Hello,

I seeing a strange thing, dont know what is eating up the space. My Drive on server 2008 R2 is 76 GB, it the partition of C drive..Used is only 56 GB.. but does not show the rest 20gb. How to free up this drive?Thanks
