We have had 2003 DC's up until a couple of months ago. Over the years I have used l0phtcrack to audit passwords and to have them on-hand in case I needed to log on to someones system or setup a new system for them. Since upgrading to 2008 DC's the version of L0phtcrack we have does not work any more, upgraded security in the 08 OS from what I have read.
Has anyone used the newer version of L0phtcrack and is it any good or are there any better packages out there or better ways to do what I'm doing now?
