Quick questions about Published apps on 2008R2

The answers to these question will decide if i pursue this more with my own research or drop the idea. Not looking for a detailed how-to (though information is appreciated if it applies), just a simple yes or no will do.

We are looking at a solution that uses the terminal session on 2008 R2 with RDP (server desktop) to allow access to a single application (Rockwell Automation). The way the software is designed we can set up specific .CLI files that only show the information we configure them to show. I can make as many of these .CLI as I want and I can run as many as I am licensed for (we generally buy the 100 screen license, More than enough)

So each RDP session would have it's own .CLI file and would run that file at startup.

the accessing clients are currently Windows CE based computers and may eventually included Thin Clients...
