I've got 5 Hyper-V servers right now.
3 of them run 2008. 1 runs 2008 R2. 1 runs 2012 R2.
All my productions VMs run on the 2008 and 2008 R2 boxes. My 2012 R2 box is sort of "swap space" right now.
These servers all have local storage, no SAN.
I need to get my 2008 servers upgraded to at least 2008R2, but might as well take them all the way to 2012 R2 if I'm going to be doing an upgrade anyway.
