I do not see a document from the Microsoft which says which scale should i use to measure which counter when comparing with the threshold. But for counters like Disk time and Bytes per second can be easily understood, since it has understandable metrics (like i can use scale 1.0 and divide by 1000 to derive milliseconds value) to compare it with the healthy threshold. I need MS document for the scale to use to compare it with the thresholds..
Please advise.
