I was hoping someone could shed some light on P2V'n a Server 2003 OEM system.
I used a program to do this but when I boot up the VM I get this activation message.. I put it on pause until I know more.

If I activate my VM will it De-Activate my physical machine?
(I don't plan on using the physical machine once it's migrated. But I want it to stay up until I verify that the VM is working 100%)
