Temporary User Profile Server 2012

Odd issue here for a Windows Server 2012 machine.

The issue started when i restarted the server after Backup Exec installation. When i logged in with the Admin account remotely through Teamviewer i received the "You've been signed in with temporary profile etc".

1,What i did is log in with another User account with admin rights and deleted the Temp. folders and then also deleted the associated Registry key for the account but no joy.

2, The Second Admin account was affected today after a power interruption and its now also going into temporary user mode.

3. There are two Temp..000 & 001 profile in the users folder which are not stubborn to delete.

NB; The same server has RDS, Session, Connection broker, and other roles installed on it as well.

Any direction from your knowledge will be very helpful.
