Kerberos Event ID 4 - Windows Server 2003

Amigos...

Ugh, the headaches...

There is this BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) on a site we managed. I know. I know. Some dinosaurs like their ancient BBs. It is just a non-DC member server. The Exchange server is hosted on a different machine and is just a non-dc member server as well

Apparently there have been issues with some BB devices.

The event log shows this for the BES Server...

KERBEROS EVENT ID 4

The kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server host/domaincontroller01.domain.local. The target name used was HOST/ExchangeServerName. This indicates that the password used to encrypt the kerberos service ticket is different than that on the target server. Commonly, this is due to identically named machine accounts in the target realm (domain.LOCAL), and the client realm. Please contact your system...
