I have a server that is our print server. I installed about 20 different printers into the OS and then I share them and create a group policy to push them to everyone's computers. I have one Konica Minolta Biz Hub that all of a sudden when users print to it it throws the printer Offline in the Windows Printer Queue. If I stop the Print Spooler and go to C:\windows\systems32\spool\Printers and delete all the jobs out and restart the spooler then the printer goes back online until the next print job tries to go through. Any idea why the one printer is doing this and all others are working fine. This printer worked flawlessly for 2 yrs until all of a sudden.
