Can't start a manually created service (EXE file, written in VB6) on Win 2012 R2

EXE file was running, not as a service, on Win 2K3 (Under a regular user session).

Now it has to run on Win 2012R2, as a service if possible.

When ever I start the service I manually created using "sc create..." (Under a regular user account), I get an error 1053.
