moving local 2003 profiles to 2008 R2

Hello Everyone,

I am tasked with replacing a terminal server running Windows 2003 with a machine running 2008 R2.  I have it up and running and all of the software installed that it will need.  I have snapshotted it (its a vm).  I am trying to find an easy way to copy/move local profiles from the 2003 to the 2008 BEFORE the user logs into the new system.

Any ideas?
