Move WINS from Server 2003 to Server 2008

Hi

I am looking to move WINS from Server 2003 to Server 2008, is it just a case of adding the role to the 2008 box and then doing a backup/restore from within WINS on the 2003 and restore on the 2008 respectively?

Obviously change the IP of the WINS server on the DHCP and any static configurations.

Any advice appreciated.
