NIC teaming on Windows 2008r2 VM (vmware)

Hi everyone, getting kind of stumped here. We have a Windows 2008r2 virtual machine on vsphere version 5.1. This VM has a 3rd party print server installed with nearly 100 printers connected to it. It is really getting slammed and I wanted to add another network adapter and team the nics in windows. Having trouble finding information on how to go about it. Has anyone had to do something similar? Thanks!
