I have a virtually new Cisco UCS server to do what I want with. I think I am going to decommission one of my three DCs which holds the PDC role and promote the UCS server to DC holding the PDC.
Our functional level is 2008R2 and my question is could the server run 2012 and if so, is there any good reason to do so or should I keep it at 2008R2?
