Having a problem with an exchange server - but it appears to be a problem with the Windows networking aspect of the server, not just Exchange, hence moving this topic to networking. Basically we moved the stores properly and since then Outlook connecting on the local network to the exchange server is very slow.
I'm at a loss to figure out how to measure the laggy-ness. ping times are fine, I'm in the same building. OWA seems fine & Activesync seems fine. The console is not laggy.
But If I connect via RDP, it takes 5 seconds to register a mouse click. If I open a share on the server, it takes a few seconds every time I open a folder. Outlook takes forever to sync. No other servers exhibit these issues. And of course, it's not perfectly consistent.
Any ideas?
