Synology as SBS Server Replacement?

Anyone have pros or cons on using an "enterprise" level Synology as a server replacement?

We have a RS3413xs+ at our main office, we are currently building two satellite offices. We are using SBS 2003 for AD, DHCP and DNS only. We have a Remote Desktop server which looks for credentials from the AD server, but that can be easily added/changed to the RD server or Synology.

We can use it as a file server, is uses ldap which we can use for authentication, offers DHCP, and DNS. I can deploy smaller units at other offices that "link" together for backups, and configuration sharing.

Thoughts?
