Migrating Primary Domain Controller 2008 R2 Physical to 2016 VM

I am looking to migrate our 2008 R2 Primary Domain Controller on a physical server to a 2016 VM. This server also includes DNS\DHCP\AD\Group Policies. Is there another forum on here or can i get step by step instructions on a migration procedure?
