To Be Minimal or To Be Core, That is the Question.....

Just as the title implies, what is your preference with new 2012 / 2012 R2 servers??? 

Minimal Server Interface, giving you that warm core feeling with the comfort of GUI tools

OR

Server Core, because you know, security and stuff, as well as you are awesome at PowerShell and need not a stinking GUI.

Personally, I like to use a Minimal Server Interface because I feel it gives me a little flexibility to still have GUI tools locally if needed, even though I do most of my work using RSAT and PowerShell, I like to have options when in a pinch. I can switch back and forth with just a couple of commands. 

What makes you choose one over the other?
