After moving from Windows 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2, my client's Practice management system is slow when querying and moving between screens. Also this server has a basic Alpha 5 database behaving in the same manner. However, when users browse the server's shared folders, it is fast and there is no latency. Only databases that are hosted on this server behave this way.
Has anyone seen this type of behavior?
