I am looking for a way to shrink my jpg files down to 10 kb and still have them be viewable. I have tried multiple programs and they all shrink it so small that you can no longer see it and if I save as a bmp and strip the metadata and then re-save as a jpg it makes it smaller but not small enough. 10kb is the size limit if you want to add images to profiles in AD and Exchange. Does anyone have any tips?
