Server 2008 R2 VM BSOD on Login

Ok all, I am stumped.. 2008 R2 VM (ESXi 4.1) that is the main server for a small office I help support.. It's not SBS but runs AD, Exchange, File, Print, etc.. I know I know.

All of a sudden the server BSODs whenever you login which seems to be just before the desktop loads.. the only recent change is an update to LogMeIn and Windows Security updates.

When I login as myself (I am a DA) I get:

0x51 - REGISTRY_ERROR

When I login as the Administrator account I get:

0x50 - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

The server runs fine otherwise sitting at CTRL-ALT-DEL screen and I am able to login via safe mode. I was hoping there was just a corrupt key under my user account but no "luck" since I also get BSOD as Administrator, albeit a different source.

Analyzing the dump file simply shows ntoskrnl.exe as the culprit\source. No reference to a specific driver. I removed all the updates and LogMeIn via safe mode but the issue persists. In msconfig, nothing weird in startup and all non-MS services are disabled. I don't believe this is hardware related since the host runs two other VMs (that were also updated) without issues.

Any ideas?
