Server 2012 Clustered SMB File Share

Hi All,

I have an iSCSI drive that is connected to a Windows Server 2003 server.  I'd like to migrate this iSCSI drive and associated shares to a new Windows 2012 server.

If I copy the shares from the registry and connect the drive directly to the new 2012 server, the shares come over fine...

However, my goal is to have these network shares on a Failover Cluster, as I don't have an extra TB of storage running around on my network, lol.

When I add the storage to the cluster, that works fine...  When I create the File Server role, that works fine.  However, when I actually try to Add a File Share, it immediately kicks back with "Access Denied" under the "Create SMB Share"...

Does anybody have any ideas about how to troubleshoot this?
