Server 2012 r2 partition changing

I want to end up with the following partition layout on our new server, which is configured for RAID 6 (6x2tb):-

required - C:200GB boot and application. D: (the rest)

current - 100mb system, 500gb (C:) boot, 1.5tb unallocated and 5.4tb unallocated.

Is there a simple way to achieve this, I understand I'll need to convert the disks and keep boot as NTFS because you cannot boot ReFS?
