Windows 2008 R2 Firewall

Hi All,

I have an very strange issue on one of my Windows 2008 r2 server.

When I add an custom port on the firewall through the GUI or command line it don't work.

You can see the rule is created but when I do an netstat -n it is not showing in the list and when I use telnet it is not able to connect to that port. There is also nothing in the eventviewer.

Any ideas guys?
